Community Resiliency Training

The Community Resiliency Model (CRM)® developed by the Trauma Resource Institute, Inc. couples education about the brain’s natural responses to trauma or stress, with researched-based wellness skills in order to equip individuals with tools they can use to bring their nervous system into balance during times of crisis or stress. When the nervous system is in balance, an individual is able to process thoughts and emotions more effectively and make better decisions.

Our next CRM class will take place Thursday, April 11th at 6:30.
